Potato Leek - Soup for Two

Quick and easy, our "Soup for Two" line of products is designed to provide a tasty homecooked meal, without the burden of leftovers! Directions: add three cups of water and contents of the package to a medium saucepan. We recommend adding a tablespoon of Avocado oil or your favorite oil to enhance the dish. Heat until boiling, reduce heat and simmer on low, allowing the soup to thicken. Serve warm or cold (42 Deg F for Vichyssoise.)
